Black and white gelatin print pasted onto cardboard. Photo by William E. Weber, a commercial photographer. Julia Snow was married to George Washington Snow, who was the Elms's landlord. George W. Snow is listed as a resident of the Elms in the 1910-18 Willimantic Directories. He may have been a retired carriage maker. William E. Weber is listed in the 1910-18 Willimantic Directories as a clerk for the ATC. He lived at 54 Turner St, Willimantic, CT.
